Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault or was damaged, If you need to complete a return please contact us first with your order ID and a summary of the problem, once instructed please return your items to

In the event that a return is needed because of our error or a faulty product we will pay for the return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item we will either refund your order in full or resend you out a replacement depending on what you prefer.

We unfortunatly do not currently provide refunds if you order the wrong product or have a change of mind, so please select your product carefully

* Exceptions are being made for the incorrect purchase of Digital Thermometers during the COVID-19 outbreak, many people are ordering industrial thermometers which are not accurate enought to work on humans, we are allowing customers to either upgrade and pay the difference for the correct device or cancel and refund the order with a 5% restocking fee, the restocking fee will cover the intial transaction fee charged by our payment processor and the cost of any administration work.
